This page is meant to be clear and practical. Sweetwater Media is a small studio, and this site is a simple public marketing site with a contact form. There are no customer accounts, no checkout flow, and no member area here.

Information collected

If you use the contact form, Sweetwater may collect the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company name, website, project type, and message.

The site may also record basic technical information that is commonly included in normal server logs, such as IP address, browser or user agent details, request timing, and page requests used for routine operation, spam prevention, and troubleshooting.

How contact form information is used

Contact form submissions are used to understand your enquiry, reply to you, and decide whether Sweetwater is the right fit for the work you are describing.

Form submissions may be delivered by email. If email delivery is unavailable, the site may temporarily write the submission to an application log so the message is not lost before follow-up.

Contact details are not added to unrelated mailing lists, sold as leads, or used for unrelated marketing campaigns.

What this site does not collect

This site does not provide user accounts, public comments, customer dashboards, or online payments. Sweetwater is not collecting profile data, passwords, or payment card information through this website.

This site uses the minimal session handling required by the PHP application, including form security features such as CSRF protection. Those technical cookies or session values are used for site function, not for advertising.

Sweetwater Media does not sell personal information submitted through this site and does not share it for unrelated advertising purposes.

How long information is kept

Contact messages may be kept for as long as they are reasonably useful for replying, project follow-up, business records, or support history. If information no longer needs to be kept, Sweetwater can remove it when practical and appropriate.

How to request correction or deletion

If you want submitted contact information corrected or deleted, send an email request with enough detail to identify the original message. Sweetwater will review the request and make a reasonable effort to respond promptly.
